Restored Lives Greenwich is a seven-week course that supports people going through the breakdown of any serious relationship including separation, annulment and divorce.
It doesn’t offer counselling but does provide the skills and tools to recover well from what can be one of the hardest experiences a person can face in their life.
It provides an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation in a welcoming non-judgemental environment.
If you live and work in the Greenwich, London or the surrounding area the Restored Lives course at Our Ladye Star of the Sea on Crooms Hill might be the most convenient course to join.
What to expect
Our course in Greenwich is run by Vanessa on a Monday evenings between 7.00 pm and 9.30 pm for seven weeks. The evenings begin with a simple meal followed by a talk and then discussions in small groups.
The course covers:

– The importance of good communication
– Resolving conflict
– Forgiveness
– Legal and financial issues
– Parenting issues
– Moving forward with hope
Cost: £TBC, this includes food and the materials that accompany the course.
