Your Direction Workshop Coordinator – 1 to 3 hours a week.
Workshop starting on 3 November handling registrations, questions, sending course materials and weekly emails to guests.
‘Getting Professional Help’ Coordinator – 1 to 3 hours a week plus the evening on November 14.
Liaising with multiple professionals, coordinating their bios on the website, managing availability, sending login details and ensuring smooth running on the evening. We have around 200 meetings with c.15 professionals and want to expand this and create long lasting links with multiple professionals.
Marketing Intern for Your Direction – 37.5 hours a week.
A hands-on marketing role where you’ll be helping to develop and deliver marketing campaigns including social media and email marketing. You’ll also be involved in developing web content in support of campaigns. Needs to have used Mailchimp, Hootsuite, GDrive and WordPress (or similar systems).
Marketing Assistant for Restored Lives – 5 to 10 hours a week.
A hands-on marketing role helping to develop and deliver marketing campaigns including social media and email marketing. You’ll be involved in developing web content in support of campaigns. Needs to have used Mailchimp, Hootsuite, GDrive and WordPress (or similar systems).
Transcript editor – 10-15 hrs during September.
We have a rough transcript of our course videos created using the excellent Otter software. As a one off project, we need these rough transcripts edited to iron out the errors.
4 facilitators for the Your Direction workshop starting 3 November.
Much the same role as helping on the adult Restored Lives course but facilitating 12-18 year olds or 18-30 year olds. 5 sessions across 5 weeks each lasting c.1.5 hr. Full training and support given.
Other roles: Blog writer. Zoom technical support cover – a few times each term for an evening. Coordinating and editing content for online use. Managing Zoom calls when core team not available
