Jill is an integrative counsellor; this means she has trained in a number of modalities and can tailor therapy to meet the needs of the client. The decision to seek counselling takes courage and strength, it is the opportunity to invest in your well-being. Jill works in a warm, empathic, non-judgemental way to help support you to make sense of what you’re going through.
Jill has experience of working with a wide range of issues including: Adverse Childhood Experiences, Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Self-esteem, Building Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Self-Regulation, Grief and Loss, PTSD and Complex Trauma, Significant Life Changes and Spiritual, Religious and Transpersonal issues where appropriate.
She trained at Waverley Abbey College and works for two Christian charities alongside her private practice. She is a registered member of BACP and ACC (she is also registered with ICO & is fully insured and DBS checked).
Michelle has been a Counsellor for over 20 years, working with young people, families, couples and individuals. In 2021 she trained as a Family Mediator to help couples separating looking at their finances and co-parenting. Supporting them in finding resolutions outside of the court.
