What to expect

Each evening is a mixture of watching video talks and small group discussions. It’s a safe no,n-judgemental space where you’ll meet others in similar situations.

Who is it for?

This course is for those who are separated, those who are currently going through a divorce, or those who are already divorced, whether recent or at any time in the past.

The course is run by volunteers at West Suffolk Vineyard Church and is based on Christian values but is not religious in content, it is for people of all faiths and none. It is both practical and supportive, giving any separated or divorced person the opportunity to discuss the challenges they are facing and the tools to deal with these effectively.

Topics covered include:
Facing the effects of separation and divorce
The importance of good communication
Resolving conflict
Forgiveness and letting go
Divorce – the legal issues
Parenting issues
Moving forward with hope
