Restored Lives is an eight-week course designed to provide practical guidance and emotional support for anyone affected by the end of a serious relationship, separation, or divorce. Our course gives participants a safe space to discuss challenges, learn effective coping tools, and begin moving forward with confidence.

Course Format

Each week, participants share a meal together, watch a short video, and then engage in a guided group discussion on the topic of the week.
